Peaceful Hands ~ A New Website!

I'm delighted to invite you to visit our new Peaceful Hands Massage & Yoga website!

It's still not quite "just-so" ... but I'll be transitioning away from this blog and to the new page beginning today, March 1.

http;//www.peacefulhands.com

Our current URL address is now set to take you to our new online "home":

If you have received this message via email, it means you have, at some point, signed up to receive posts from Peaceful Hands. You will need to sign up again to receive emails from the new website.  You'll find the "follow by email" sign-ups on the new homepage -- www.peacefulhands.com -- on the right side column and also at the bottom of posts.

The new site offers us more flexibility for providing information and timely updates that will keep you in the Peaceful Hands' loop.  You'll also get notification of last-minute class changes as soon as they are posted (rather than too late -- the next day -- as the old blog would do).

Like any move, I still have some unpacking and redecorating to do on our website, but little-by-little I'll get things in order.

I hope you'll stop by for a visit.  I have already posted information on upcoming Spring Yoga session there!

I hope you will join the Peaceful Hands family and "follow" the new website.

As always, you can reach me directly at 540.672.9528 and via email at jackie@peacefulhands.com

Peace Blessing From The Vedas

This is the peace blessing from yoga class on Monday & Tuesday (7/24 & 7/25). It's from the Vedas, ancient sacred Hindu texts. While the blessing is thousands of years old, its call for peace feels especially right in today's world. Perhaps you can add this blessing to your yoga or meditation practice, or your Reiki work this week, allowing the sweet intention of peace to bloom in you and in your practice.

May there be peace in the higher regions;
May there be peace in the firmament;
May there be peace on earth.

May the waters flow peacefully;
May the herbs and plants grow peacefully;
May all the divine powers bring unto us peace.

May we all be in peace, peace, and only peace.
And may that peace come unto each of us.

Namaste.
