Fall Yoga Session Begins Wed. Sept 3, 2014

The Bells Are Ready To Ring ~  It's Yoga Time!
Yoga brings refreshing goodness to body, mind, and heart.  All you have to do is unroll your mat, hop on it, and see where your spirit takes you. Even better -- do your Yoga with friends!  The Fall Session of PEACEFUL HANDS YOGA begins on Wednesday, September 3.

Yoga can create suppleness in the spine and back, tone and strengthen muscles, de-stress the brain, bolster the immune system, and brighten the heart (both the physical heart and the energetic one).  Isn't that worth your time?

Yoga Classes
Mondays & Wednesdays
4:30 p.m. - Level 1
6:00 p.m. - Level 1 & Level 2

NEW 8-week session begins on WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 3 
and is scheduled to run
through MONDAY, OCTOBER 27.

Classes are at PEACEFUL HANDS YOGA STUDIO, 307 Madison Road in Orange, Virginia.  We're in the historic Silk Mill building with our partner Hamiltons Day Spa.

8-CLASS SESSION – $72 (take any 8 classes during the session)
FULL SESSION – $120 (take as many of my Monday/Wednesday classes as you like during the session!)

My classes are appropriate for All Levels, including Beginners.

The 4:30 p.m. class focuses on a Level 1 practice, exploring basic Yoga poses from a variety of traditions. The 6:00 p.m. class may also include Level 2 poses, more challenging Yoga for those who would like a slightly more vigorous practice (with modifications available for beginners.)


While Beginners and others are welcome at any of my classes, if you have physical restrictions that may limit your practice, you may find the easier pace of the early class more comfortable for your needs.

I'm also delighted to offer Private Yoga Lessons. Unlike a class setting, a private Yoga session is uniquely created for your needs -- focusing on the many ways that Yoga can benefit the body, mind, and spirit. It is a lovely way to take your practice to the next level, help in the recovery from injury or illness, or simply to explore Yoga at your own pace. Fall Yoga Session Begins Wednesday, September 3

Thank you all for a wonderful and fun YogaPalooza!

You always make my Mondays and Wednesdays (and sometimes my Fridays and Saturdays) sunny and fun! And, a deep bow to Barb T, Linda C, Sandy M, & Susie M ... who asana'd them all!

There will be NO Yoga classes today, Wednesday, August 27.  We'll also be off on Labor Day, Monday, September 1.


I hope you take time to unroll your mat and let your Yoga continue to nurture and nourish your earth ... your wind ... and your fire.

And, I'll look forward to seeing you for the next 8-week session at Peaceful Hands Yoga. Fall session begins next Wednesday, September 3.
