NEW 8-Week Yoga Session Begins May 1, 2013

Have you unrolled your Yoga mat recently? Just one hour on your Yoga mat can create a day of goodness -- creating suppleness in the spine, refreshing the brain, bolstering the immune system, and brightening the heart (both the physical heart and the energetic one). Just one hour.

Yoga Classes
Mondays & Wednesdays
4:30 p.m. - All Levels (Level 1)
6:00 p.m. - All Levels (Level 1 & 2)

NEW 8-week session begins on WEDNESDAY, MAY 1 and is scheduled to run through MONDAY, JULY 1.

(NO CLASSES during MEMORIAL DAY week `-- Monday, May 27 and Wednesday, May 29.)

8-CLASS SESSION – $70 (take any 8 classes during the session that work with your schedule.)
FULL SESSION – $120 (take as many of my Monday/Wednesday classes as you like during the session!)

My classes are appropriate for All Levels, including Beginners.

The 4:30 p.m. class focuses on a Level 1 practice, exploring basic Yoga poses from a variety of traditions. The 6:00 p.m. class may also include Level 2 poses, more challenging Yoga for those who would like a slightly more vigorous practice (with modifications available for beginners.) 

While Beginners and others are welcome at any of my classes, if you have physical restrictions that may limit your practice, you may find the easier pace of the early class more comfortable for your needs.

I'm also delighted to offer private Yoga lessons. Unlike a class setting, a private Yoga session is uniquely created for your needs -- focusing on the many ways that Yoga can benefit the body, mind, and spirit. It is a lovely way to take your practice to the next level, help in the recovery from injury or illness, or simply to explore Yoga at your own pace. If you're interested email me at
