I'm so very sorry! I still
haven't gotten over the bug I have been fighting. There's a rule of thumb in
yoga and other fitness practices -- if you're not feeling well but the main
symptoms are above your neck (sinus, etc), it can be OK to practice if you're
feeling up to it. But, if your symptoms are systemic or anywhere below the
neck, it's best to give the body time to rest and fully recover. I'm in the
rest and recovery phase!
