Even when it's a bit chilly and quite wet outside, there's a gentle firelight kindled at the heart warming and keeping you. Come sit beside that heart fire ... we will meet for Meditation in October on the following dates:
- Sunday, October 3
- Sunday, October 24
(We usually meet on the first and third Sunday of the month, but I have a conflict on the 3rd Sunday, so our practice will shift to the 4th Sunday for October. Thank you for being flexible!)
Our hour-long mindfulness practice includes guided, walking, and silent meditation. I like to offer these different traditional mindfulness techniques to you so you might find the right practice that will follow you home.
Beginners and all are welcome ... pillows, bolsters, and chairs are available. Meditation is not a competition with anyone else or with yourself. We all sit together at the same level, because, quite honestly, every time we sit, we start anew, as a beginner.
