July Meditation Schedule

In the heat of summer, use the gentle art of mindfulness and meditation to bring cooling to body, mind, and spirit.

Meditation practice will be at Peaceful Hands Yoga Studio (145 Byrd St, Orange) on the following Sundays:

  • Sunday, July 5
  • Sunday, July 19
The one-hour practice begins at 5:00 p.m.

We sit, we breathe, we walk, we let our spirits ride on the gentle dance of the breath. And, when we do, often a glorious lightening comes to the body, the mind empties some of its heaviness, and the spirit smiles. There is joy in letting go.

Our practice includes guided meditation, a brief reading, walking meditation, and a quiet sitting practice. No previous experience is necessary, just an open heart and the desire to find stillness within. (We have pillows for floor-sitting and chairs available. Or bring your favorite meditation cushion.)

There is no cost to attend, but donations are gratefully accepted to help cover expenses at the studio.
