In the heat of summer, our body and our mind can get "overheated" or begin to drag from the heaviness of the weather. A simple meditative "sit" can rejuvenate your spirits and cool the body and mind with peaceful energy.

No previous experience is necessary, just an open heart and the desire to find stillness within. (And, there are pillows for floor-sitting and chairs for those who prefer a more "elevated" meditation seat.) There is no cost to attend these sessions, but donations are accepted to help cover rent and expenses at the site.
