Yes, we will be having yoga during the first two weeks of August at our Orange Studio!
But there are a few time and schedule changes. In the midst of the August heat, vacations, and the general "uprootedness" of the late summer, I hope you will take time to unroll your yoga mat in the shade once or twice (or every day ... even better!). And, here are some opportunities for you!
Here's the schedule:
MONDAY, AUGUST 4 at 4:30 p.m. & 6:00 p.m. BEATLES YOGA ~ A Magical Mystery Tour of Yoga Specially Designed For Some Sweet Music From The 1960s. A Playful Yoga Spirit Is Required For This Special Class!
WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 6 at 6:00 p.m. ALL LEVELS YOGA ~ This is the final class of our Orange "summer" yoga session. (Please note there will be no 4:30 class that day.)
If you have makeups you need from classes missed during the summer session in Madison or Orange, you may use the August 4 or August 6 classes. Those are your last chances to get your make-ups in! Or, pay by the class: $8 if you are a registered student, $12 drop-in.
MONDAY & WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 11 & 13 at 5:15 p.m. SUN & MOON FlOW YOGA, Celebrate the joyful movement of the energizing Sun Salutation (Surya Namaskar) on Monday, August 11 and the cooling and opening energy of the Moon Salutation (Chandra Namaskar) on Wednesday, August 13. Just $8 (yes, take one -- or both classes -- for just $8. It's a summer treat!)
FALL YOGA SESSIONS And, it's already time to mark your calendar for the upcoming fall yoga sessions, which begin right after Labor Day. Orange classes begin on Wednesday, September 3 and Madison classes begin the Monday after Labor Day, September 8. Stay tuned for more info!
