Meditation Practice in the Orange Studio will be held on:

- Sunday, April 20
Practice is held on the first and third Sundays of the month at 5:00 p.m. at "Be Yoga" at Peaceful Hands Studio -- our Orange yoga space.
Our practice includes guided meditation, a reading, walking meditation, and a quiet sitting practice and lasts about an hour. No previous experience is required, just the desire to find stillness within.
Bring your own meditation pillow if you like. We also have pillows and bolsters for you to use. And, yes, you may sit in a chair too, if floor sitting is uncomfortable. We do move around periodically throughout the practice to ensure no stiff hips or knees!
There is no cost for the sessions, but donations are accepted which help cover rent and expenses in the space.
