As the energy of the season begins its shift to the cold and dark of winter, now is the perfect time to warm ourselves with our inner fire and our inner light. An hour of simple contemplative meditation can warm our hearts. And, it can revive our spirits which can grow tired in this often stressful season.
Our practice includes guided meditation, a brief reading, walking meditation, and a quiet sitting practice and lasts about an hour. No previous experience is necessary, just an open heart and the desire to find stillness within. Bringing our joined quiet energy together can be a wonderful experience. (And, there are pillows for floor-sitting and chairs for those who prefer a more "elevated" meditation seat.)
There is no cost to attend, but donations are accepted to help cover rent and expenses at the studio.
