It's spring -- and as the outside world blossoms into new life, it's time to let our inner spirits blossom, too!
The new 8-week session of Madison Yoga begins on Monday, May 7. The session will run through July 2. (There will be no class on Memorial Day, May 28.)
There are 2 classes each Monday: at 4:00 - 5:15 p.m. and at 5:30 - 6:45 p.m. Classes are held in the Library at Wetsel Middle School in Madison.
Cost is $64 for the 8-week session or $11 per class for drop-ins. If you're new to my classes, your first class is free, so you can try it out. You may join a class at any time in the session.
We practice basic hatha yoga and explore many different yoga practices -- including gentle Tibetan yoga, energizing Anusara yoga, and Ayurvedic yoga. Our classes include energizing flow series and relaxing poses -- so you can end each class feeling renewed, refreshed, and balanced.
